I AM HERE

Hello you! I have just iniciated this blog with the intention of sharing a little of my life and personal knowledge, so that it can help you in your own endeavours.

I went from being a completely ADDICTED person to all sorts of chemical and people. A person with a tendency to self destruct and sabotage all developments of my life such as my family, my finances, my businesses and my social integrity . INTO a individual who is FOCUSED on a constructive behaviour, free of addictions, health oriented and determined to progress in life. In the economical, cultural and social levels. In order to cause a positive impact and influence those who resonate with my message.

I feel like I have to say this at first so we are off to a good start: I am no guru! I don’t live a perfect life and I´ve posses flaws just like the next person! Having said that, my journey so far has been filled with many adventures, crazy situations in many different countries, and I am eager to share.

I am interested in providing tools to overcome the many challenges of life and a dialogue is the foundation for reflection and change. Like I said , I don’t have all the answers, but I do have many years of experience teaching people to move, to breath, to channel emotions into physical positions, reshape their bodies and in the process find harmony and balance in their lives.
