JOIN THIS MORNING CLASS TO LEARN SOLID FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA TECHNIQUES. Includes breathing exercices, abdominal contractions, physical positions, relaxation and more. Its a full practice oriented to people that want to improve or maintain great health in the organic, emotional and mental levels. This is a free or pay-what-you-want class. No payment is expected or required. However, if you want to make a contribution of any amount it will be welcomed and can be done through creadicard or paypal when you register.
